  1. To make a whole wheat dough in a bowl and cover with them. In a bowl mix all stuffing ingredients. Now pinch a ball sized dough, roll and flatten it. also dust with some wheat flour..
  2. Spread 2 tsp of pizza sauce leaving the space from sides place 1 tbsp full of prepared pizza stuffing in the centre..
  3. Sprinkle ¼ tsp chilli flakes and ¼ tsp mixed herbs. take the edge and start pleating bringing to centre..
  4. Also join the pleats together and secure tight.sprinkle some flour and roll slightly thick..
  5. Place the paratha on a hot tawa and cook for a minute. When the base is partly cooked (after a minute), flip the pizza paratha. also brush oil / ghee and press slightly. flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
  6. Finally, serve hot pizza paratha with sauce..
