  6. Now add cardamom powder and fry till the colour of rice changes..
  7. Add butter and fry more..
  8. Now add sugar syrup and mix well. Now cover and cook until the water is dry..
  9. Dry the remaining water while running the spoon..
  10. When the water in the rice is completely absorbed, turn off the stove.Grease a tray with cooking oil or butter And add rice mixture. And cool..
